Visitors Day 2

Yesterday I felt it coming...a cold. Friday night I'd went out with a friend and couldn't stop sneezing. I knew something was up! It's summer and par for the course. It typically will happen either in July or during the busiest part of August. Summer colds are just NO fun.
This morning when I woke up, which was well after 10, I felt yucky! I laid in bed for a while and eventually rolled out and made myself some breakfast. I was able to find some cold and sinus medicine in my boxes, as well as my favorite nose spray! It ALWAYS clears stuff up so I'm able to breathe. I'd talked to my uncle and he suggested a sure remedy for getting rid of it too. I was desperate so I tried those things as well.
My friends were still in town, but I didn't have the energy to drive the 30 minutes south to meet up with them. We had planned on grabbing a bite to eat after the Braves game they went to this afternoon, and before they were to head back to Columbia. They called later in the afternoon and said they'd come to visit me! Woo hoo. So now all I have to do it drag myself to the shower and look presentable. We hung out at the house for a while, and then got a bite to eat.
