No Frills About It

This week I wanted to post some information about stalking. It is happening more than you would believe. With all the technology and information that users put on their myspace page, facebook, website and away messages it is easier to keep track of individuals and their daily patterns.

Stalking is a series of actions or behaviors that make you feel afraid or in danger.

The statistics on stalking are just as alarming. The prevalance of stalking as listed by the NCVC of college aged women is 13% having been stalked since the beginning of the school year.

Michigan was one of the first states to declare January at Stalking Awareness Month, just this past year. Thank you, Governor Jennifer M. Granholm.
